The current cost of a Blu-Ray portable unit is about $ 500 more than twice the price of a portable DVD or Blu-Ray player at home. Blu-Ray discs cost to buy a lot more than the standard-definition DVD. What makes matters even worse is that High Definition Videorequires much more force to put out as standard-definition recordings because of the additional context and detail for each image.
